Term of Agreement:
This Giveaway Prize Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Varitek (“Company”) and the selected winner (“Winner”) and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date the prize is awarded (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement covers all services and benefits included in the Varitek Comfort Plan prize and may be subject to terms and scheduling as outlined by the Company.

Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Los Angeles and Orange County, California, who are at least 18 years of age. Entrants must be a homeowner or an authorized agent with the express permission of the homeowner. Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and current Varitek Comfort Plan subscribers are not eligible. Entrants must reside at the address provided and submit accurate contact information.

Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted from August 28, 2025, through September 28, 2025, 11:59 PM PDT. Limit one entry per contact. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 and notified via email or social media. The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, Varitek reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize:
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Company agrees to provide the giveaway prize services described below (the “Prize”):

• Complete Varitek Comfort Plan maintenance for one (1) year, including all standard services and additional perks.
• Two (2) seasonal maintenance visits (spring and fall), consisting of inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of heating and air conditioning equipment, as provided under the Varitek Comfort Plan.
• Priority scheduling for repair services in the event of equipment breakdowns.
• Additional perks included with the Varitek Comfort Plan, as determined by the Company.

The winner may not opt for monetary value in lieu of maintenance services.

Discounts on Repairs:
Active Varitek Comfort Plan members are entitled to receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on qualifying repair services. This discount applies to standard and commonly used replacement parts necessary to restore the proper function of heating, ventilation, or air conditioning equipment.

The discount does not apply to diagnostic fees, purchase or renewal of the Varitek Comfort Plan, new system installations, full equipment replacements, or system upgrades. Specialty or custom-order parts may also be excluded at Varitek’s discretion. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or manufacturer warranties.

The repair discount is valid only for the customer named in the Comfort Plan agreement and is non-transferable. The discount remains in effect for the duration of the customer’s active membership term and will expire if the Comfort Plan is not renewed. Varitek reserves the right to amend or discontinue this benefit at any time.

Rewards Program:
Enrollment in the Rewards Program is automatic upon execution of this Agreement. Customer is entitled to a $25 sign-up bonus and $25 referral credits for each new Customer referred who successfully enrolls. Rewards are credited as service credits applicable to future repairs. The Company reserves the right to modify the Rewards Program at its discretion.

Scheduling & Use:
The winner will coordinate with Varitek to schedule the maintenance. Services are subject to standard availability. Both maintenance visits must be completed within the same calendar year; the prize cannot be carried over. Varitek reserves the right to refuse service in situations deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable.

Taxes & Liability:
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Varitek and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. 

Other Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Varitek, which are final. Varitek reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control. Void where prohibited.
