We received more services from Varitek recently- swapped out the central AC at my house. I had called Varitek in because I trust them. My management company had originally dispatched another vendor who had failed to correctly diagnose the issue and resolve it. So, after paying that vendor for essentially nothing good, I told the management company I would get my own HVAC vendor. I reached out to Xavier to see if he could come by, check it out, and give me an estimate. When that was done, I agreed to the service, and Varitek came out and had everything up and running in a couple of days. As always, excellent, conscientious work, at a good value.

I also had them repair my parents central AC system a few years back, and that service was also excellent. Incredible vendor!
